Introducing Myself

I found out about this board because I'm a fan of K-9 Cops on Animal Planet. I was very disappointed that the series didn't continue due to insurance concerns for either the producers or the City of St. Paul. I'm a paralegal/legal assistant, but am presently caring for my elderly father. My first "cop crush" was Adam-12, which gives everyone an idea of how old I am. Okay, okay...I'm in my forties, but I won't say exactly where.

I am a huge fan of K9 Cops myself. I actually talked with Officer Mark Ficcidenti, and he said that they didn't even know how big of a hit that the show would be. Yes the show ended because of insurance of the cameramen, but Cops can afford it even though it's been around since the 1980's. I am 18 myself and I'm working on becoming a Police Officer.
